[Cz-L]Ooops! Question

Dear Bukoviner friends,

Someone sent me a black and white photograph with the title,
'Down went the St. Nikolausgasse to the Morariogasse' to include
in the Bukovina Recipes and Food Stories, Vol. III book.
I neglected to mark down who sent it...

Any idea who it was (please)?
