Dear Merle, dear Jerome, dear Bruce,
Thanks for posting the picture from the LA-Bukoviners meeting. It's nice to
meet Merle and Renee, Maita and Jessica, whom I knew only through the list.
Of course, I am pleased to see Mimi and Milton again. And, last but not
least, I'm pleased to see my son, Danny, "joining the club". There is some
hope that in the future some of our children will continue to take interest
in the history of our ancestors.
Welcome to the newcomers!

This meeting was a wonderful networking opportunity for all of us.
We also discussed a number of issues that we all have in common.
Mimi Taylor gave us an update on the Czernowitz Jewish cemetery.

We do hope to see as many Bukoviners as possible at the next conference in
August, 2011 in Washington, where we will again hold a Bukoviners' Meeting.
