[Cz-L] Just received from Kolomea

Hi everyone. This may be a bit off topic but my family started in Cz and went to Kolomea. I just received this text from a letter trying to get information on my family address in Kolomea. I tried to cut and paste to a translation site on the web but the result was nonsensical can anyone help me understand this?

Повідомляємо, що іпотечні книги Коломийського гродського суду дорадянського періоду ( до вересня 1939 р.) не збереглись, переписи населення м. Коломиї на зберігання в Держархів області не надходили, тому надати інформацію про те, за якою адресою знаходився будинок за № 574 1 / 4 в м. Коломиї і кому він належав не маємо можливості.
