Kiczme (cusma in Rumanian) is a=2C mostly conical=2C fur cap worn by=2C but=
 not only=2C the peasants.

Smarkate comes possibly from Schmarotzer (parasite=2C free-loader) and was =
used in a derogatory sense for a low-life=2C =2Cuntidy person.
