[Cz-L] Kvas

Kvas is a ferment of bread of the Braga/ Booza family of drinks.
  It is brownish and dense, and said to be very healthy.
   To get the taste you must start drinking very young say when you're 3-4
   years old.
     I tried it at a Potato and Kvas kiosk and could not drink it .
      In Czernowitz they sell at street corners from 1000 liter 2-wheel
trailers.
          Women vendors sit by a tap and "schank " it out.
       Very unappetizing.
