I remember teacher Gininger well.
He was a friend of Eliezer Steinbarg.
He was our Yiddish teacher .
He was drafted into the Red Army and was at Stalingrad .
When he returned he told us about the Caucasian Jews .
Until then we believed that all Jews came from an area
in a radius of 300 km from Czernowitz.
Then he married our chemistry teacher whose name I do not recall
but we nicknamed her Tante Valencia for the chemical valences she
        taught us.
I have not heard of him since.
     Hardy
