I am certainly not defending the Ukrainians, who are noted
antisemites, but for the sake of precision we should notice that his
uprising was against the Poles, not against the Jews. They were killed
for being the collaborators (Quislings) of their enemies, the Poles,
and facilitated by the general, regular disdain and hate of the Jews.
