[Cz-L] Ringplatz

   This is the central island of the Ringplatz.
    Here was the tram stop, newspaper kiosk and public toilet.
     This toilet was usually clogged and flooded.
       One day a drunk Russian officer slipped and fell in the toilet.
        When they fished him out he was not smelling of daisies.
          True story.
