After seeing the original, it is quite clear:"Bauhandwerkersaal" translates
to "Hall of the construction artisans".
What the Cz-L contributors did reminded me of a children's game that we
played in the Bukowina, called Telefon or Post:
Several children would sit next to each other and the one at the end would
whisper a word in his neighbor's ear who would repeat what he heard to the
next one until it reached the last one. This child would loudly say what he
or she heard. It was usually different from the original.
Seems some of our Genossen (this for the one-word translators) got caught.
