You should better check with Austrian Airlines they had a daily flight from
Lviv to Vienna and from there you have better connections to Tel Aviv.

I am planning to be in CZ from Nov. 19 until about Nov. 28th and then
traveling to Tel Aviv. If I leave by plane from Livov/Liviv I will then
