Why fly from Lviv? There are flights from CZ to Kiev. Then it depends with
which airline you are flying to TLV. If you fly with Aerosvit, there is a
flight leaving CZ at 07:50, arriving Kiev at 09:20. Aerosvit's flight to TLV
then takes off at 13:50. If you are flying El Al from Kiev to TLV, then you
do indeed have to wait for their flight leaving after 22:00. We flew with
Aerosvit in 2008 and they were fine.
