  For tracing roots we need the location.
   You only give us dates and names.
    Are all born in Cz ?
   I want to follow the tracks of our ancestors on a map.
    Traces outside of Bukowina.
     My hunch is that most of our ancestors came from Galizia.
       But this must be corroborated.

I like Hardy's suggestion!! I can't reiterate enough what has already been
decreed on the list so far, how great a job you all are doing. I also can't
encourage your list people enough to seek out the films at LDS, the Mormon
Family Centers. I recently found my GG-Grandparents' marriage recording, in
which they apparently got married after all of their children were born. It
contains not only the names of the bride and groom but their parents and ALL
of their apparently living children with their birth years!! A treasure
trove of genealogical info that I never would have suspected existed,
especially since it occurred well after the children were born. I think they
married in the Temple much earlier and then "legitimized" it much later in
this civil proceeding.

Chaim Mordechai Rubel and Rachel Kinnsbrunner were married on Dec 16, 1881.
The record shows both of their parents' names and all of their children's
names with their birth dates. It confirms that Chaim also went by "Marcus"
(important because I found other birth records with that name that I thought
was connected but could not confirm until I saw this record.) His father's
name appears to be Hensel Rubel and his mother Hinde Singer both born in Cz.
Rachel's parents look like, Hersch Kinsbrunner and Sara Jutte (w/ umlaut)
Pelz also both from Cz.

The kids names are hard to make out but it looks like:

Daughter- Sossie b. 1851
Daughter- Sprinre? b. 1854
Daughter- Chuwe Libe b. 1857
Daughter- Lea b. 1859
Daughter- Bente Hemi ? b. 1864
Son- Meier b. 1865
Son- Jossel Isak b. Sept. 12, 1867
Son- Schaje Bendel b. 1869
Son- Feibisch b. 1871
Son- Joel Wolf b. 1873
Son- Ahron Moses b. 1878

I also have a David Ner b. 1876 as their child by a birth record. Perhaps he
died before 1881? 12 children!! Therefore, the earliest recorded date I have
is 1851, but obviously, the parents and grandparents predate these children
probably back to between 1800-1830 I would think. Does anyone know these
names or these families on the list?? By the way, these are my best guesses
at what the names are as they are hard to read and I can't make out all of
the other details, Mimi is helping me translate so hopefully I will be even
more enlightened! Thanks again!!!
