At last, I managed to communicate with Mrs. Ruth Levin, whom I personally
know.
She had suspected that something went wrong with her computer. I advised
her to urgently contact her Internet services provider, or a computer
technician, to fix the problem. It seems that subsequently she will have to
change her e-mail address and advise you.
