Mimi...Firstly there is no such agreement. Secondly,asking Antonescu and

I think that it is important who burned the Tempel.
Those who burned it should be asked to repair and restore it.
Agreements about such restitution were agreed upon a long time ago and the
guilty party should be held accountable, even if just as a matter of
principle.
