[Cz-L] Cemetery vandalism article

Czernowitzers...

Willi Goldmann sent me the following link from 'Bukinfo' (looks like a
blog or magazine to me):

The article is from 7 October of this year. I know the vandalism was
discussed on list before. Maybe the article/discussion has something new
to say?

It's in Ukranian of course. Google does a pretty ragged job in
translating it. Maybe someone could take a crack at summarizing it?
