Jerome,
it is a letter from someone currently living in New York, who resents
the new memorial to Romanian soldiers in the Jewish cemetery
(apparently the author does not know, that the memorial is in the
small Romanian section of the cemetery). There is no mention of
vandalism in the cemetery.
The letter is in Russian, that's a possible reason for problems with
google-translating it from Ukrainian.
