My question was not a technical but an organizational.
To my knowledge there are now following groups cleaning the cemetery :
The German volunteers
The Swit volunteers
The Ehpes -Bursuc hired team
The municipal cemetery upkeep.
Private visitors clearing a path to their enterred.
I understand that only the municipial workers can use chainsaws.
Who spreads herbicide ?
Is somebody coordinating this operation ?
