I have found flying to Lviv and then having a taxi from Czernowitz pick me
up at the airport and take me to Czernowitz, a relatively easy and safe way
to travel. If you want to combine a visit to Czernowitz with vacationing in
Romania, I would advise you to get a driver from Suceava to drive you to
Czernowitz. I plan on using Carpatair on my next trip to Czernowitz in April
and will then be able to judge whether this is a better alternative.
