Re: [Cz-L] Transport to Cz.

In 2009, there were no flights from Kiev to Czernowitz. I  took a
flight with Austrian Airways from Tel Aviv to Vienna and from there to
Lviv. Zoya arranged for our party (2 daughters and grandchild) a
minibus from the Airport in Lviv to the Hotel in Czernowitz. It took
about 5 hours, but the roads are not so bad with holes etc. They are
just narrow and one cannot drive fast. On the return trip, we left
earlier and visited Lviv, the center, the Old Jewish Quarter, which
was quite interesting. Zoya arranged for us an English speaking guide
in Lviv at a symbolic cost, in comparison to the charges in other
countries, I think it was Euro 10 per hour.
