Dear Hardy,
it was singing by George Ulmer, a famous singer and comedian : he was
born in Copenhagen (1919) and died in France (1989).
I found the words of this song :

Hello baby Mad’moiselle

Un jeune soldat du Kentucky

Blouson de ski calot kaki

Devant l'Arc de Triomphe se pâmait

Mais
Une jolie fille lui sourit

Adieu les splendeurs de Paris

Et plein d'émoi voici ce qu'il lui dit

Hello baby mad'moiselle

Hello baby mademoiselle

Promenade with me mademoiselle

I have to retour to my company

You good for me mademoiselle

Me good for you mademoiselle

Do you compree mademoiselle

Beaucoup of G I attender for me

Parle-vous, parlez-vous parlez-vous français

Mais oui, mais oui, mais oui, mais oui

Voulez-vous, voulez-vous, voulez-vous flirter

Avec moi maintenant tout d'suite chérie

Hello baby mademoiselle

Hello baby mademoiselle

Promenade with me mademoiselle

I have to retour to my company

Revenu dans son Kentucky

Un jeune soldat tout attendri

Rêve à la p'tite française qu'il aimait

Mais La France est loin de son pays

Alors sur son ukulele

Il chante pour se rappeler

Paris Hello baby mademoiselle

Hello baby mademoiselle

Promenade with me mademoiselle

I have to retour to my company

You good for me Mademoiselle

Me good for you mademoiselle

Do you compree mademoiselle

Beaucoup of G I attender for me

Parlez-vous parlez vous-parlez vous français

Mais oui mais oui mais oui mais oui

Voulez-vous voulez-vous, voulez-vous flirter

Avec moi maintenant tout d'suite chérie

Hello baby mademoiselle

Hello baby mademoiselle

Promenade with me mademoiselle

I have to retour to my company

Au revoir merci mademoiselle

Au revoir merci mademoiselle

I love Paris mademoiselle

You will be toujours in my heart chérie
