Jessica,

There are several "Fischbach" entries in the 1898, 1909, 1914 and 1936
Czernowitz city directories (all thanks to Edgar!); you can easily access
them via the "ehpes" site. None in 1927 for some reason. I do not know the
names of your Fischbach relatives, but hopefully you might find some of
them listed.
