[Cz-L] Fischbach identity cards in Jewish Museum collection

received a reply from the museum on the documents of the family Fischbach.

Dear Mrs. Falikman Attiyeh!

Our museum’s collection includes three ID cards (Ausweise) of the
Fischbach family of the period of World War II. On each Ausweis there
is a photo of the person it belonged to. The Ausweise belonged to
Alfred Fischbach, Jeanette Fischbach (probably husband and wife), and
Edmund Fischbach (probably the grandfather). The address is indicated:
Radu cel Mare str. (today Kiev Street). Unfortunately, we have no
other information about the Fischbach family.
The documents were temporarily given to our exhibition by a Chernivtsi
citizen who has no connection to the Jewish community. Right now we
are trying to trace the origin of these ID cards and we will inform
you if we succeed in this.

We are sorry that we can’t give you more information at the moment.
