[Cz-L] Nov 3. 1918 Fischplatz Czernowitz.

    After the Habsburgs.
The authorities switched to Ukrainian formed 10/25/1918 Provincial
Committee, which organized a large national 11/3/1918 assembly in
Chernivtsi, which decided to enter into the Bukovina united Ukrainian state.
06/11/1918 Ukrainian authorities were established in the lands of Bukovina,
populated mostly Ukrainian. President of the land was declared O. Lopovycha.

  Here on the Fischplatz is a memorial plate to this assembly held
on November 3. 1918.
