I am not a somnambulist, but definitely a day-dreamer and also interested in
city planning and architecture. Therefore, no matter in which city, I walk
or drive, I compare it with Czernowitz. Most of the time, Czernowitz is much
nicer by comparison. Think of the theatre, and the sunken garden in front of
it. The Volksgarten, the train station, the government buildings on the left
side of the theatre, the Ringplatz as it was and the Herrengasse!
Think of all the various styles of architecture represented!
