I'm not quite sure what Abraham and Edgar mean.

Within my latest post, my name list reads in part:

Hollender (Hollander), Chana (Annie) (from Babin)

Horovits-Zilberman, Edith

The surname was written "Horovits-Zilberman" and is spelled on my list
according to YIVO orthographic standards for spelling. Not knowing the
actual way they spelled their name, I can just spell their names according
to YIVO standards. When I create their own webpage in my exhibition,
however, I will list their names according to whatever accurate information
I have on their name spellling. So, for example, the "Horovits-Zilberman"
spelling will be "Horowitz-Silbermann."

As a side note, you should realize that these biographies are often
incomplete, as the Lexicon volumes were published anywhere between 1931 and
1969, so the happenings in their lives and careers that occurred after their
biographies appeared in the Lexicon are not included. Edith
Horowitz-Silbermann's bio was published in V. 6 (1969), as was Ari and
Avraham Furman, Janet Ringler and Iza Sherf.
However, the bios of Shifra Goldenberg, Chana Hollander and Rachel Weisberg
(who was killed during the Holocaust), were published in 1931.
