Schoene Eisenfeld was my aunt. My father was Mordko Fuhrmann. Yes, her
granddaughter Linda Hutkin Slade is a member of this listserve.

Esther passed away tragically in April 2002. She is missed every day -

I met Schoene Eisenfeld in Curacao.
She was a very talented woman, she wrote poetry, and directed plays and
parties. I was very friendly with her daughter Esti, we were of the same
age. I think that Linda, her daughter, is a member of our list.

Schoene was the sister of Idio Fuhrmann (of Spritzer and Furhrmann and
"Nervin and Fuhrmann of Czernowitz) I sent many hours in their home and
marveled at Schoene's many talents.
