It's not the exact answer on your question, but however I think you would like to know, that there is a huge coverage for Dr. Benno Straucher in the Czernowitz newspaper "Der Tag - The Day", released at

and enter "Straucher" in the search field at the top of the page. You'll find at least 21 articles, edited by or dealing with Dr. Benno Straucher.
BTW, the above search procedure is easy-to-use for everyone, who is looking for Czernowitz related names, mentioned in "Der Tag - The Day" in 1932/1933.
