I drew the boundary based on the Calotescu "announcement" of Oct 10,
1941 (as translated in H.Gold, Geschichte der Juden in der Bukowina,
v.2, p.50). The underlying map is "Planul Municipiului Cernăuţi"
(Editura Leon König, ca.1938).
