Excellent maps and fantastic link, thank you so much! I believe I've got the same (cadastral) maps, you are talking about, facing the same problems regarding their publication, but let's hope that the copyright question will change in a near future.

BTW, Jerome, I don't see an obstacle in embedding the maps in Ehpes, as they are released at an public archives site (http://english.mapywig.org/viewpage.php?page_id=33).
