Merle & Jerome,

Dr. Felicia [Fella] Steigman Carmelly is my third cousin on the Rubinger
side - both of her grandmothers were Rubingers [as was my paternal
grandmother]. I am very proud that she compiled that history of Transnistria
and also contributed the chapter about our family. I am honored that her
photo is part of our member photo album.

I, on the other hand, haven't sent a photo as I am almost always the one
taking the photos but I will amend that at once and send a photo in ASAP.
