CITIZENSHIP FOR THOSE BORN IN CZERNOWITZ AT THE TIME OF BEING PART OF
RUMANIA AND FOR THEIR CHILDREN AND GRANDCHILDREN. HIS BUSINESS IS BRISK. IT
IS A LONG PROCESS AND ONE HAS TO PROVIDE A LOT OF DOCUMENTS, SUCH AS BIRTH
CERTIFICATES, MARRIAGE CERTIFICATES, ETC BUT IT WORKS
