Although your family name "Lieblich" seems to be very common, it isn't in fact; for the years 1895 - 1936 I identified just three entries for the same LEIB LIEBLICH, BARKEEPER, BAHNHOFSTRASSE 53, for the years 1908, 1924/25, 1936.

Please note, that I have a very similar story as yours in my French family branch. The family members in France used and still use to hide their Jewish ancestry, not only outwards, but within the own family as well. That's at least one more reason to support you in going back to your roots. I do hope the above mentioned data will be useful to you.
