Subject: [Cz-L] Czernowitz Art Gallery - What's New? - The "Austria" of
Czernowitz!

Czernowitzers and art appreciaters...

By courtesy of our fellow members Hedwig Brenner and Sylvia de Swaan, I'd
like to announce, that we've introduced two contemporary artists to the
Czernowitz Art Gallery

http://czernowitzgallery.blogspot.com/

1. Simon Okshteyn, born in 1951 in Czernowitz, lives and works in New York
City.
Robert Sandelson: “This is a new kind of Pop Art. Engaging, shocking and
bafflings. Okshteyn’s purpose is to focus the worls around him through an
intense engagement with these objects and let nothing distract him in their
contemplation.”
Sylvia de Swaan: "Maybe some of you already know of him - he's HOT! but as
often happens with all but movie stars, one can be terribly famous - but no
one will have heard of one ;)…"

1. Bronislav Tutelman, born 1950 in Czernowitz. He was one of the performing
artists of the exhibition "bridge:ing - symbols and art". Therefore I posted
in addition an post, titled "The 'Austria' of Czernowitz" to our Ehpes.com
Blog:

http://ehpes.com/blog1/2011/03/03/the-austria-of-czernowitz-then-and-now/

The Czernowitz Art Gallery meanwhile comprises art works for in total 46
featured artists. We have added more positive and encouraging comments,
which really motivates for further exhibitions. The direct link to the
comments is right here:

Enjoy the impressing art works of "our" Czernowitzers!
