 Aurel Vlaicu overflies Czernowitz in 1912.
  Aurel Vlaicu was a Rumanian aviator pioneer.
    The Rumanians are very proud of him and have many
   institutions in his name.
    He died in a crash aged 31.
     There was a street in his name in Cz. - the ex Pumnul Seitengasse.
