Dear Czernowitzer,

Maybe can you help me to solve following rebus: I'm looking to get information about the institution O.S.E. that operated in Romanian Bukowina between the years 1945-1948.In Kimpolung they operate a cantina and kindergarten for repatriated Jewish children.They had been sponsored by the American JOINT.
