Hi Ruth,
I am curious about whether you knew of or even knew my mother and her
family. A rare opportunity exists in that Mom is in Florida for the winter
for the first time and and my sister lives very close by to you. If so it
would be an interesting visit to arrange if you are interested. My mother is
87. Her name is Victoria Gruber Gedaly. My greatgrandparents and
grandparents owned and operated the Roemerbad. My grandmother's name was
Regina Gedaly. My grandfather's name was Gustav Gedaly. I'm sure you must be
very busy but I would love to arrange a visit. My mother has macular
degeneration and I keep her informed about the goings on about people in the
list almost every day and read the entries about people to her. My sister
and I and her son and my husband went to Czernowtiz for the Popovici
memorial in 2009 and discovered our roots which was a life-changing event.
Let me know if you're interested and if there are any others in Florida that
might be interested in a visit.
Best,
Ilana Gordon
