[Cz-L] Correction to my previous Email

Hedwig drew my attention to an error in my Email about the the number of
Czernowitz Jews deported, etc.
By mistake, I wrote: "number of Jews deported to Transnistria from
Czernowitz in Oct. 1948," It should of course say 1941.
