From the information in the burial record it is not possible to know whether
this person was born in Czernowitz or not, nor what his name was if spelled
in Latin letters. If he was born in Czernowitz, his name might have been
Rostoker, or Rostholder.
The name Restatcher also sounds as if it was changed from a German sounding
name to an English sounding name.
