[Cz-L] Going to Czernowitz.

Anybody who wants to go Czernowitz is free to go.
 So is anybody who wants to stay away.
   Nobody must justify his action before the Ehpes Grand Jury.
   Your reasons are relevant only to yourself.
    Explaining your feelings is fine.
     Some will agree, others not.
      The decision is always yours.
       And as such , it will always be the right decision.
