Hi Stephen, Bruce,
The second link shows a Rudniki in the Snyatyn district of Galicia.
This Rudniki is (linear distance) 5 km from Zabolotow, 15 km from Snyatyn and
less than 10 km from Banila in the Bukowina,
so not so far from Czernowitz.
The first link is misleading, showing "Rudniki" in the URL but something else in
the map.
There is a Rudniki about 45 km linear distance south of L'viv (a little bit to
the west) which might be what you look for.
If you enter in Google maps "Rudniki, L'vivs'ka, Ukraina" you'll get there (or
in Google Earth "Rudniki, L'viv".
Both Rudniki look rather like villages with no trains (maybe busses) from L'viv
or Czernowitz, but a cab would do it.
There is a train station not far form Rudniki (L'viv) in the village of
Pisotchna, but I don't expect threre to find taxis.
Alex
