As I call myself "living History" I find it easy to explain that until WW1
it we were Austrians - given to Rumania as a gift after WW1- Roumanian till
1940 WW2- given as gift to the Russians till 1941 - ( we were a giftwrapped
parcel) retaken by Germany and after the loss of WW2 retaken by Russians now
Ukraina. It's so easy isn't it??? How can anyone explain WW2? How can
anyone comprehend the Jewish fate during WW2? I leave it at that that I was
born in Czernowitz and you'll be surprised how few old people ask where that
is, they know, and, the young ones if curious they go to Google and find out
all about it including its history.
I personally have met no problems.
