Your long mail, Hedwig, is very informative and most interesting.
My uncle Mandler was Sigmund (Sigi) born 1917 in Czernowitz.
He had a brother Herman Mandler and a sister Mina Mandler.
All from Czernowitz, do you know those people ? They all perished
in the war. Only Sigi emigrated from Rumania (Suceava) to Israël.
He died in Holon in 1993.
