In answer to Hardy's message, whether there is a guiding hand in the work
being done at the cemetery:
I did answer Nina Dombrovski and wrote her that I thought that in each group
there are people who would rather work and advance fast and others who
would rather work slowly and do a thorough job. I therefore suggested,
that those who like to do the heavy work go through the area first and be
followed by those who would do a more thorough job, even though slowly
and getting to fewer of the graves.

My reasoning was as follows: Among the volunteers there are older people,
over 70 years old, who may not be able to stand for a long time, they can
sit
next to a grave and clear the area thoroughly. The younger, more vigorous
volunteers, can cut bushes and pull out the roots of vines.

Another consideration is: The workers hired by CJCRO do a reasonable job
of cutting sapling trees, bushes and vines, but because they are being paid
by the hectare, they do not do the slow and careful work of removing
the vegetation which sometimes grows very close to a grave or in the space
between the vertical and horizontal parts of a tombstone.
I am sure that the volunteers are more suitable to do such careful work.
