[Cz-L] Schachter Gertner

My name is Karen Schachter. My grandfather Michel Schachter left Czernowitz
(Cernauti in his passport) in 1936 and moved to Chile. I don't know much
about his family, except that his father was called Otto and his mother Rosa
(Gertner as maiden name), but I am not completely sure that this information
is correct. Does anyway know how I can find out about my family?
