The Czernowitz daily newspaper "Der Tag - The Day", organized Whitsun 1933 a lottery. Although the winner of the first prize (5,000 Lei) didn't report, many other prizes, as we learn from page 5 of "today's" edition (i. e. 02.07.1933/2011) of "Der Tag",
