[Cz-L] In memory of...

In memory of all those Jews who had no money to bribe the officials,
had no relations in higher circles or who ignored the
 the Calotescu Ordonanta and went into the Ghetto.
     To all the thousands of Jews who always lived in the Ghetto and
had to take in relatives from the upper circles who would usually
avoid any contact with them before.
   
   Numbers ? Any number wont be correct and disputed.
    In a fluid situation as in Czernowitz 1941.
    What are we historians ?
