[Cz-L] My opinion

As to the memorial plate and Mimi's request:
The text should be shorter, more concise. Maybe something along the
lines below, but of course I am not a born Czernowitzer and the natives
have more to say:

TO THE JEWISH PEOPLE OF CZERNOWITZ WHO IN THE PAST HAVE HELPED BUILD
THIS BEAUTIFUL AND IMPORTANT CITY;
WHO CONTRIBUTED SO MUCH TO ITSE CULTURE; ECONOMY AND TRADE -
  WHO WERE DISCRIMINATED ; ROBBED; COOPED (SHUT) IN A GHETTO; MURDERED
AND DEPORTED SO THAT THEIR TRACES SHOULD BE ERASED FOREVER: THEY STAY
FOREVER IN OUR MEMORY:
SURVIVERS AND THEIR DESCENDANTS
