By the clothes, I would say that this photograph is from the early
thirties,
possibly from the late twenties. Looks like the Ringplatz with the
Herrengasse
in the background. The paving stones were not put in properly then
and they
do not look even and steady, then, just as now.
No wonder we said: "Hals und Beinbruch" or in Romanian:
"Drum bun si calle batute".
