[Cz-L] Anyone read Polish well?

Czernowitzers speak many languages, right?

So, is there someone who reads Polish well enough to translate a short
email for me (about 12 lines)? Google didn't really do the trick it
seems, and Google may have failed to construct an intelligible reply.

Then, depending on what it says, I may need a short answer constructed
too.
