AW: [Cz-L] Memorial plaque to the Czernowitz ghetto

Hello Channa,

it was a habit in the Soviet Union not to mention Jews.
Even in Babi Yar the killed have been just "Soviet Citizens".
It seems that these things have changed in the Ukraine. Now Jews are mentioned
explicitly.
